
Crisis and Pre-crises program
This program will offer education and outreach programs aimed at encouraging and helping victims and women who are in danger of becoming victims to leave the abusive environment as quickly as possible. The women will be :
- Provided with information about the nearest emergency shelters, group therapy and psychiatric care, medical clinics, legal rights, and other crisis services.
- Empowered with social, economic, and financial skills to find their voice again and start taking control of their lives. Through financial literacy, training and career cancelling, they will be equipped with skills to achieve their educational and career goals.
- Empowered with skills to improve their self-esteem, learn how to cope and decrease self-isolation. Topics covered will include assertiveness, understanding self-confidence, self-care habits, confronting inner critic, goal setting, and building positive relationships.
- Linked with other support agencies for other services not offered by HAR center
